From 15 September to 31 December 2018
Between 15 September and 31 December 2018 permits can be requested to hunt big game in national reserves or controlled hunting areas.
The type of permit that must be requested depends on the type of hunter and their registration, which, in turn, determines the draw in which the hunter must participate:
- Selective category: the hunter will be accompanied by a reserve guard or rural agent, who will indicate the game that can be targeted for selective hunting.
- Trophy category: classification of the defence measures of the hunted game according to size and proportion.
With the applications submitted for each category, hunting permits for each reserve or controlled hunting area are awarded in a draw, determining the hunters who can access said areas.
