Underwater fishing licence
The license is an authorisation to practise recreational—not professional—underwater fishing. Underwater, or sub-aquatic, fishing is considered to be that which is done without the use of independent or semi-independent underwater breathing apparatuses, nor any other type of equipment that permits breathing when fully immersed.
The license is free of charge for people down to the age of 18, pensioners, and persons with disabilities.
